We’re looking for a:
Technical Support Specialist who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and skilled in diagnosing and resolving technical problems. You will be the first point of contact for clients experiencing IT issues and work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve incidents efficiently.
What You’ll Need:

2+ years of experience in technical support or helpdesk roles

Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems

Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls

Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems like Jira Service Desk, Zendesk, or ServiceNow

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems

Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple issues simultaneously

Customer-oriented attitude with patience and professionalism
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell or Python

Experience supporting enterprise applications or SaaS products

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
